Hudson Boiler & Tank Co. is a family owned & operated company and has been in business for over 50 years. We are a corporation chartered in the State of Illinois for the purpose of boiler repairs & alterations, steel platework, breechings, stack fabrication and installation.
Hudson Boiler holds a license from the State of Illinois/City of Chicago for assembly, repair, and installation of both high- and low-pressure boilers and pressure vessels. We are signatories to the Repair Work and Building Construction Trades agreements with Boilermakers Local #1.
We possess the ASME “U”, “H”, & “S” stamps which permit us to fabricate pressure vessels, high- & low-pressure boilers, and power piping spools at our shop or at field locations. We have the National Board “R” stamp for the repair and alteration of boilers and pressure vessels.
Our facility in Lockport, IL is equipped with modern equipment for CNC plasma cutting, steel plate sheering, plate rolling, etc. and complete facilities for manual and semi-automatic welding of mild steel, stainless steel, and nickel alloys. Our fabrication capabilities allow us to provide quick turn-around on custom items and equipment.
